Breathtaker Hotel and Spa Mt. Buller

We were on a family skiing holiday and stayed at the Breathtaker Hotel and Spa in the Breathtaker Suite. There were 8 of us including 4 grandchildren and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The accommodation, cleanliness and amenities, staff, food and beverages were all excellent. The location, especially proximity to ski lifts and ski school is a major bonus. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to Breathtakers.

Had an amazing time at Breathtaker! Staff were so lovely! First time at the snow and wow what an experience! Only had to walk 3 minutes to the lifts, spa was outstanding! See you next year! ☃️

I had a meal after a spa session as part of the $85 offer — very pleasant and excellent value for money. As for the food, the beef was excellent, and the accompanying vegetables were just as good. However, I was very disappointed with the chicken — poorly cooked, poorly presented, and there was too much salad on the plate. It didn’t reflect what was advertised on the menu at all. Regarding the service, Allegra, one of the waitresses, clearly didn’t feel like working that evening. Unfortunately, we had to endure her poor attitude. That said, the other young woman serving us was much more pleasant. Overall, I still recommend this restaurant.
