I recently spent two nights at this wonderful 4-star resort with my family, and it was a truly refreshing and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out—warm welcomes, efficient check-in, and genuine smiles set the tone for our stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with modern comforts while maintaining a cozy charm. Waking up to the serene view from our balcony was a highlight. We enjoyed multiple meals at the resort’s restaurant, and the food was consistently delicious—fresh ingredients, great variety, and excellent service. Special compliments to the breakfast buffet: wide choices, fresh juices, and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. The amenities were top-notch: a well-maintained pool, lush green landscapes, a calming spa, jacuzzi and plenty of quiet corners to just unwind. Though it’s a 4-star property, the attention to detail and quality of service often felt five-star. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff—always courteous, prompt, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and all the comforts you need, this resort is a fantastic choice. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning.

Had an amazing experience at Brightland Resort and Spa. Huge rooms, modern furnishing, don't feel dated like many other old legacy resorts. We were in the orchid wing - rooms have a beautiful sitout with valley view. Service is excellant. Staff seems always eager to assist. Food is top notch, a tad expensive, but that's expected. They have a lovely home theatre setup which is worth the extra 1500 Rs for a movie screening of your choice. Would definitely be coming back here!

The property was amazing. The view was beautiful. The hospitality was very nice and didn't give me a chance to complain. The food is also delicious and there are lots of varieties available. A perfect vacation destination in mahableshwar.
