Brisas Santa Lucía

For our first time in Cuba, we were lucky to discover this beautiful gem. We had a wonderful time! To the staff: my hat off to ALL of you ! Your friendly ways, your ready smiles are what makes the guests feel like this is their second home. Brisas is not too big and that contributes to the feeling of well being. The grounds are well kept and they try to keep everything clean even if sometimes some of the guests are not very helpful... There are 3 à la carte restaurants, a coffee bar, a buffet with good and varied food, 3 bars ( one open 24 hours, close to the lobby...) The rooms are a great size with big bathrooms. The cleaning ladies work hard to keep everything in great order and are always ready to help with something you need. The beach is just gorgeous with the finest white sand and with crystal clear and calm water.The swimming pool is big, clean and there is always a nice music playing and fun activities throughout the day. The Entertainment crew at this resort is simply amazing! They gave us a new great show every night and, as if that was not enough, they were present for fun activities during the day at different spots in the resort. We highly recommend this resort to everyone , just go once and you will want to go back regularly! My husband and I for our part, are already planning our next visit!

Spent Christmas of 2022 there. It was fabulous. Some old staff from Gran Club were moved over. Yurina for one. Saw 3 familiar Joses. Saw Eduardo and Tomas. It's just a long ride from Aeroport now but worth it.

My experience was horrible. I was there from March 20th to 23rd, 2025. The bartender next to the pool( a woman) was extremely rude, asking me all the time why I wanted a lot of drink. The housekeeping that went to my room (817) on the morning of Saturday 22nd, when I asked her if she could come later yelled at me, " I can't do it." Lastly, on the checkout, Sunday 23rd, the blame on me for taking away a quilt out of my room.
