Bromsgrove Hotel

This is a very clean, functional hotel. It has a gym, spa, restaurant, bar. The hotel and staff were exceptional, they were helpful, insightful and accommodating. Would recommend this to all who want to feel special and spoilt, you'll definitely enjoy your stay here. Exceptionally in every standard. Well done x

Good friendly, helpful staff. Room was large and clean. Linen fresh and crisp. Good supply of tea and coffee. Plenty of soap, shampoo etc. Some areas of the hotel are starting to look in need of repair/refurbishment. The breakfasts are very good. Food from the bar was excellent and a reasonable price. Comfortable seating areas. Dinners not so good. Limited selection. The hotel grounds need attention. A lot of weeds to be dealt with and shrubbery needs trimming. A good size car park. Location just off A38, M42. Easy to find.

My brother and his girlfriend had there wedding here and that was fantastic the food was ok to,Rooms were absolutely lovely and well kept, only two disappointments, the bar staff a man called Chris very rude and obnoxious, and the fire alarms went off twice early hours on the Sat morning, not a great start for the wedding day. But the wedding planner Karen was brilliant and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
