We recently had our wedding at Brookstreet Hotel. Amazing experience working with their team. We had a lunch wedding and appreciated how flexible they were to work with us on doing something less traditional. We particularly want to shout out Jenna who was very responsive and helpful. The whole banquet team was very attentive and easy to work with. We received so many positive comments on the food. It was delicious! We took advantage of the golf course for some extra family/friends time and rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. We also enjoyed dinner at the Jazz Lounge and complimentary breakfast the day after the wedding. We even got couple massages at the spa the next day. All around great experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

We had a 3-night 'forced' stay-cation as our AC died and the brutal heat took us here while we waited. We had a Junior Suite and we were indeed very comfortable. It's a really nice room, lots of space, separate bedroom, well laid out, comfy bed and good amenities. We stayed in the hotel the entire time as we really had no need to go elsewhere. You have all you need here: Great restaurants, cafe, room service, spa, indoor and outdoor pools etc. It really is a very nice, comfy and professionally run hotel and the price for our suite was surprisingly low compared to other hotels of this calibre. We'd come back in a minute!

Major issue we experienced was our neighbours were having a domestic. There was screaming, yelling, crying, and smashing all in the hallway and in the room. We called down to reception twice and went down once as it was scaring my son, going on for hours, and making it so we could not sleep. Reception told us they’d send security but banging continued and there was no other rooms with two queen beds for us to move. I feel those guests should have been moved/removed from the property. It really took away from the experience. Minor issue was there was no bathroom fan, or it just wasn’t working and we received no tokens to the game room as the website says is included in the package. Other than that it was out first time at the Brookstreet Hotel. We did the family summer package. We enjoyed the room, the grounds, the mini putt, the shuttle, breakfast at Perspectives, the pools.. We love to go back and hopefully that issue was a one time thing.
