Modern and digitalised rooms. Extra tasty breakfast. Outdoor pool with hot water. (Excellent) Everything lovely. Didn't like location, because you should get there upstairs.

Buka Apart located at the core of Bukovel. Super easy to reach everything with a couple steps out of room. There is a parking area in the same building (aprx 10$/day) Rooms are new and clean. There is an amazing warm pool at the roof. Employees are very helpful and always welcomes you with a big smile. I would definetly stay at Buka again.

We were in this hotel for the first time. The first thing that immediately made a negative impression was the very ambiguous entrance to the hotel itself. From the parking lot we barely found how to get to the reception. When you enter the reception, you can already smell the corridor as if you came to a coworking, an office, it smells of coffee and stale air, dark, long dark corridors with an old rug and old wallpaper on the walls. The staff is friendly, at the reception they offer free coffee from beans and tea, sweets and apples - it was nice, my husband used this bun more than once)). Next - the room. Although the renovation is "modernized" in the room is clean, white bedding, modern furniture, but - it is clear that the renovation is not exactly fresh, it is about 5-10 years old, the bathroom door has turned yellow, but was white, the door downstairs has already started to peel off from moisture. Such small details greatly influenced the first impression of the room. Just entered the room - saw snot on the door 🥲, it's good that there were cleaners in the corridor - asked to take it away. I think it's not okay to see in the room the cost of which for 2 days is 17,000 UAH😖😖😖. We specifically took a more expensive hotel to feel great on vacation, but the room - did not give this "wow effect of a luxury vacation". The pool on the roof - I liked it, heated, beautiful panorama. Another big plus was that there were not very many people! It was possible to even take pictures and lie down without much noise, although there were always people. My husband, on the contrary, did not like the pool, because it was small, he said that it was like a big bathtub, you can't swim. It's really hard to swim there, it's more like lying in warm water. I liked it :) I really liked the breakfasts at Giraf, they were really tasty and had a lot of choice, but I don't know if it's the hotel's fault, as I realized that it was a separate establishment. Everything was really great there, nice interior, nice staff, delicious food, a lot of choice for breakfasts. That's why I really liked it) Conclusion: overall it wasn't that bad, for me the plus was the spa, the pool, where there weren't many people. The big minus were the rooms, the terrible long corridors, and the incomprehensible entrance to the reception. Will we go there again? I think not.
