Bunn House A Boutique Hotel

My wife and I recently stayed at the Princess Anne for a quick trip to Asheville. I'm so glad I booked this hotel! Acorn at the front desk was terrific and a real joy to talk to. We appreciated how she pulled together a tasty fruit tray to accompany our drinks for the wine hour. The location is great as we were able to walk to our favorite restaurant, Plant. We also enjoyed the walk around Beaver Lake the next morning. The Princess Anne is now our new go-to for Asheville hotels!

I will never have enough positive things to say about the Princess Anne Hotel and their staff! We rented out the entire hotel for our wedding weekend and it was truly special to be at the Princess Anne with our family and friends. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, both leading up to the weekend and during. We had a lot of room adjustments to make prior to the weekend and Sam was very on top of it. While staying there, we loved getting to know the staff (especially Acorn), the rooms were so comfortable, and the grounds were lovely. The day of our wedding, my bridesmaids and I took over the downstairs living room area and my partner had a lot of fun getting ready in one of the large suites with his wedding party. Also, we hosted our wedding welcome party at the hotel - Acorn did an amazing job bartending and Sam collaborated with our wedding coordinator/caterer. We got lots of feedback from our guests that they loved this event! Most importantly, the staff and Princess Anne created an setting for all of us to really bond and enjoy our time together during the wedding weekend. We heard from several people that it felt like we were "at camp" and there was a lot of sadness to leave after staying at the Princess Anne for three nights!

Great historic classic creaky uneven wood floored unique hotel...but elevator is broke for a long time so be prepared for that. At a Great price... Big room... BEST FRESH DIY DRIP COFFEE IN ROOM...JUST LIKE AT HOME. Happy hour free vino & snack fun... Nice bathroom...great shower but no handheld shower head! Big new comfy bed & pillows... Very helpful & nice MAYVE at front desk...ask her how to spell name. Parking on quiet safe street... This was a treat for us...not a boring typical sterile glass & chrome hotel...
