Dear Hotel Izer Burgaz I want to thank you for a great stay at your hotel. The quality on both staff members and the hotel rooms are 5 stars in our opinion. The breakfast is high quality with many different choices. The beds are fantastic and we had a terrific stay and we will come back for many years to come. Excellent hotel friendly stuff everything perfect. Excellent service and breakfast
Some rooms and bathrooms need repairs,there was a broken electricity outlet,the AC is also not controllable.It stays (and blows) at 26 degrees.The windows are very hard to open.Slippers,shampoo,shower gel are only offered.One paper roll.There is a fridge as well.Beds are comfortable and breakfast is fine. The pool and spa did not work as of November. No idea why this was.
