Only two stops from the airport on the train and an easy walk to the hotel, the location can't be beat if you need something close. Elevators to the train make access easy. After taking the elevator down to street level, I was able to wheel two large suitcases with relative ease on the sidewalk to the front of the hotel. The hotel lobby and hallways weren't fancy, but I was very impressed with the quality of the meal at the hotel restaurant (hamburger and fries - the fries were awesome!) and the helpfulness of the staff. We were short on time, so didn't get a chance to check out the pool. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I'd happily stay here again if I needed a location close to the airport.
My stay at the Best Western Plus in Copenhagen was fantastic. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect, offering quick and easy access to both the city center and the airport, which made exploring Copenhagen incredibly convenient. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. It was a bit of a shame, especially on warmer days. Despite this one issue, it's a small detail that didn't overshadow the otherwise excellent experience. The hotel's prime location, cleanliness, and wonderful staff make it a top choice.
This hotel leaves a lot to be desired.... while the location is fantastic the hotel is not in great shape. I don't just mean a bit tired (I'm totally fine with that) but the rooms are not well taken care of. I realize this is a lower priced hotel for Copenhagen but I'd still hope for better for ~€125-150. The shower didn't work in our first room (wouldn't get warm) and the drains weren't functioning (significant water pooling and potential for flooding). We had to go down to get a room change at midnight. The room we switched to had a good shower and bathroom but showed some signs of not being well cleaned (disposable contact lenses on the ground) and furniture that was in pretty rough shape. The beds also were extremely uncomfortable and very saggy. Room cleanliness issues aside, the ventilation in both our rooms was horrible. The first room had an air conditioning unit (that you pay extra to use?) but became extremely stuffy with the windows open. The second room was even worse with virtually zero air flow with the windows open. I realize aircon isn't as needed/common in Europe but an airport hotel should do better.
