I was pleasantly surprised during my stay here. Attention to detail, neatness, courteous and helpful staff, decent meal variety, great ambience especially the top floor pool...worth every CFA spent. Thank you to the entire Benin Royal Hotel team. Una well done!
After I toured the city of ouidah I had a very long day and checked into this hotel, I loved the hotel almost instantly… The environment was serene and conducive.. I loved the pool area very much, as it offers a great view and clean air on the 5th floor and restaurant by the side. The rooms are very well kept and very clean, I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return anytime I’m in Benin 🙂
Beautiful hotel and enjoyed my staff. There were some issues I encountered. - The water pressure in the washroom was very low and makes bathing a nightmare. - The room was not thoroughly cleaned well - Stingy with the products in the room. Had to request before I get new toilet paper, soap, water etc. - The gym was not kept in good condition. It was hardly cleaned and the washroom was an eyesore
