We came for dinner and had an absolutely stunning experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and wonderfully looked after by Chris, who truly elevated our evening. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism are rare to find these days — he made us feel genuinely cared for. We started with drinks at the lounge, overlooking a breathtaking view of the Piton. The cocktails were perfectly made, and the open fire added a cozy, relaxing touch. We then moved on to dinner — the food was exquisite, and the infinity pool overlooking the Pitons is so spectacular you almost want to dive in right then and there. The complimentary taxi service from Soufrière really makes a difference and adds to the sense of a guest-centered experience. That intimate, thoughtful atmosphere is what sets this place apart and makes it truly special.
My partner and I recently spent four magical nights at Caille Blanc Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort's intimate size creates an atmosphere unlike any other hotel experience. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Hilarious, Carter, Tamara, and Ernie provided personalized service that felt genuinely warm and attentive. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail transformed our vacation into something truly special. Our accommodations were immaculate - spacious rooms with breathtaking views that never ceased to amaze us. Waking up to that panorama each morning of the Pitons was worth the stay alone! The transportation arrangements were flawlessly executed. Having seamless taxi service to and from the resort removed all travel stress and allowed us to fully relax from the moment we arrived. While the food menu wasn't extensive, each dish was thoughtfully prepared, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The quality consistently impressed us throughout our stay. What truly sets Caille Blanc apart is the intimate atmosphere that allows genuine connections. The small size of the resort enabled us to form meaningful relationships with both staff and fellow guests. We left feeling we had made lasting friendships rather than just completed a vacation. If you're looking for a personalized, beautiful retreat in Saint Lucia with exceptional service, Caille Blanc is an absolute must! P.S. Make sure you do the on-site rum tasting !!
I’m honestly not sure how to “rate” this hotel but I will share my experience. First off, Carter checked us in and Great. Informative and helped with what we needed. Also - anytime we needed a cab the staff set it up seamlessly. So service was great. The location. It’s about a mile - 10 min drive up an unpaved road from the town. Def use the taxi. Will cost about 20$ each way through the hotel but if you catch one at the bottom of the hill they might charge $25 The Food. Overpriced and trash! I ate at some really nice restaurants while in Soufriere and none were priced like this one. It would be one thing if the food was actually good. Everyone’s palate is different but I found the food to be tasteless and bland. Just absolutely NOT worth the money. Like. At All. Y’all really have nerve charging that price for that quality. Your better off going in the town and getting authentic food. The room. Stayed in the Pool View and although we had such a breathtaking view and it’s was clean the room itself is outdated and needs some TLC. Blow dryer is out of Motel 6 and one outlet in the bathroom that doesn’t work. The details of the room are just run down. And not in a classic way. In a neglect way. Also, for reference this room offers little privacy. I didn’t mind it but some might. Check out : the guy who checked us out asked if we wanted to leave gratuity. I told him the menu states there’s a 10% tax and gratuity. He tried to act like that wasn’t true even though my bill says otherwise. Borderline shady. I don’t think you will find as beautiful of a view as you will as this place. However- I’m just not sure it’s worth it. It’s a peaceful place. Intimate. But that’s all you really get - beautiful views but it’s lacking quality amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again.
