What to say! one of the best welcome I have had during a stay! Professionalism at the highest level. a very good restaurant with delicious things to taste! yes the hotel is old but very charming with a space not found in the new hotels! if you want space and comfort with a superb view of the Nile this is the hotel to choose

This was very good. The people were very nice and helpful. We are a family of 9, and our 3 bedroom family suite was perfect. The breakfasts were great. Don't forget to ask for a cappuccino. I would stay again, and probably will within the year. But probably best during Ramadan when the hotel and particularly the restaurant is slow.

They upgraded us to the Royal Suite (no particular reason) and we were very pleasantly surprised with the space. It's very spacious, tastefully decorated with both a river and city view, as well as a kitchen. The whole suite is beautiful and everything works fine but it's very old. The service is good and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good. We liked the location as it's not inside the chaos of downtown but still quite central.
