Absolutely Amazing Experience – 5 Stars! Our stay at Calido Maris Hotel was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with all the comforts you could ask for. We had a fantastic view, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. The staff were incredible—friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and relaxed. Whether at the front desk, restaurant, or pool area, everyone was professional and genuinely kind. The food was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of options every day, from fresh and healthy choices to indulgent treats. The buffets were well-organized, and everything was fresh and flavorful. We especially appreciated the kid-friendly options and the quality of the ingredients. Speaking of kids, the hotel is incredibly family-friendly. There were so many activities for children, and the entertainment team did an amazing job keeping the little ones happy and engaged. Our kids had a blast every single day. The pool area was a highlight—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. There were plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas, and the water slides were a big hit with the kids (and adults too!). Honestly, everything was just perfect. Calido Maris Hotel offers the ideal combination of luxury, comfort, and fun. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Me and my daughters were here for 10 days and everything was perfect, we had an amazing time. The food,service, room, beach were top tier! Entertainment team was incredible especially Mario and Tito, such amazing warm hearted people!!! Thank you for everything! We will definitely come again for sure! 😁

Do NOT go to this hotel! The hotel is very big yes and somewhat clean but the food is horrible. No variety whatsoever, every day it was the same. The day we had the best food was outside of the hotel, which in my opinion says a lot. There are no shops nearby, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. They force you to have a meeting the next day at 10am for which they wake you up at 8am for to “give more information and sort out transportation back to the airport” this is lies, in reality its a meeting to offer packages which at first glance is great but I strongly do not recommend you go for. Rio, the person in charge gives you false information. He told us that our journey from the hotel to land of legends would only be 40 minutes but we were sat in the bus for 2 hours and even arrived to the park an hour after opening time. When we complained to him he tried to say that its not his fault that its the transports fault but in my opinion it is his fault because we paid him the service not the actual transport. He then offered us a partial refund, which we accepted which to this day we have still not received. On top of this he assured us that the day we were going there would be a night show at the park but again this was a lie. He is a very unprofessional person. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
