Rooms are spacious. Staff in general are nice and cordial. Spa service could be improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tunis and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The room was modern and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also nice and clean. However, I did find it a bit early when the cleaning staff came to my room at 9:20 AM. I believe that 11:00 AM would be a more appropriate time for housekeeping, especially since guests may still be in their rooms at that hour. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location and modern amenities, but I suggest they reconsider the timing for room cleaning.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Avoid in any cost unless you want to sleep in dirty bed sheets. They clearly don't change bed linen after every guest. We needed to change room 3 times till we found clean bed without no hair after previous guests. And to be specific 3rd room was also dirty and dusty but at least bed linen looked ok. We stayed one night and it was one night to much. It is a shame as a hotel looks modern. Also service not very welcoming as at first we needed to wait for receptionist around 10 min and after receiving the room and calling the reception to complain about mess, we heard very unsatisfied answer 'what we can do?'. There was no shame or any apology that they offer dirty rooms. All in all disgusting place. Be ready to find strangers hair and dirt all over the room.
