My Honest Review: 😞 My stay at Grand Residency was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was a complete disappointment, with hygiene levels that left much to be desired. From the appalling state of the bedsheets to the downright revolting condition of the washroom, every aspect fell short of even the most basic standards. 💔 Despite shelling out ₹3000, the quality of service was abysmal. The excuse given by the staff about unwashed towels only added insult to injury. It's evident that cleanliness is not a priority here. 🚫 To make matters worse, the neglect extended to public areas, which were equally unkempt. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Consider this a warning to steer clear of Grand Residency Hotel.
👎 One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was far from hygiene standards, with dirty bedsheets and an unkempt washroom. Despite the high charges of ₹3000, the quality was extremely poor. The staff's excuse for unwashed towels was unacceptable. 🚫 Public areas were also neglected, lacking cleanliness. I strongly advise against booking this hotel to anyone.
VERY...........Very bad experience. Never book this hotel as they ignore booking at the last movement and you will be left with no options to pay more as per their demand. We have faced already this problem and this massage for all to be cautious before booking this hotel online.
