Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Caravan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was sparkling clean and incredibly refreshing, the bar served delicious drinks with a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and the service was nothing short of five-star. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable—every detail showed how much the staff cares about guests’ comfort. Speaking of the staff, they were truly outstanding—every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. We also indulged in the spa, and it was heavenly. The massages were incredibly soothing and just what we needed to unwind. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend the Caravan Hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and amazing hospitality. An absolute gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my daughter and it was an amazing experience. The staff were awesome and helpful. Breakfast were good and offered enough options. I really liked the beds, comfortable pillows and mattress!

I was welcomed with great hospitality, a welcome drink, and a cold towel upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I spent three days here, and while I had a good rest, there were a few issues that kept my experience from being perfect. The room was a bit too small for my liking, and some small details gave it a cheap feel. For example, the lightbulbs were a mix of yellow and white, which looked odd. My wardrobe door was also stuck. I mentioned it to the front desk and asked for it to be fixed during my next room cleaning, but it was never addressed. Another point of frustration was the breakfast policy. I had purchased a breakfast for one day and asked if I could switch it to the next day since I skipped the first, but I was told no and was still charged for it. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly, and I did get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was an okay stay.
