The rooms, facilities and service are all good. The one catch with this place is hidden extra charges. In particular $35 per day for parking and $35 per day for "amenities". Given the location you need a car so neither are realistically optional. I would recommend the hotel but be aware that the true price is higher than the headline rate.
Terrible Experience - Avoid This Resort! Lice!!! I had a really awful experience at this resort that I need to share. Just hours before our flight, I found lice in my daughter’s hair. I rushed to the pharmacy across from the hotel to buy shampoo, but then I had to wash her hair in the cold shower next to the pool because the hotel staff did not offer us any bathroom or an appropriate space to handle the situation. It was incredibly stressful, especially since we were supposed to be enjoying our vacation. What made it worse was that after I reported the issue, the hotel took 72 hours to tell me that our room was clean and insisted we didn’t get the lice from them. This denial was shocking and frustrating, especially since I was dealing with this problem right there at the hotel, and the staff showed no concern or support. On top of all this, we were charged an extra $38 a day for room cleaning, which I thought would include a proper standard of hygiene. Clearly, that was not the case. This place seems to only care about its own profits and makes no effort to ensure the comfort and peace of its guests. It doesn't feel like a relaxing holiday resort at all; rather, it resembles a one-star roadside motel where people come and go for just a day, using the pool and gym facilities without being actual guests. I can't recommend this place!! The lack of support from management during such a distressing time was completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests, look elsewhere!
I recently stayed at your property, which I must acknowledge has good and comfortable facilities. However, my experience was seriously affected by poor coordination, inadequate customer service, and the failure to deliver on the services promised.On the first day, my room was not cleaned. I reported this in the afternoon, and only towels were delivered, without addressing the rest of the request. Transportation to the park: Day 1: The shuttle arrived 20 minutes late, leaving us waiting in the rain. Day 2: At Animal Kingdom park, the scheduled pick-up time was 4:24 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., we were still waiting. I called the hotel, and no one could give me a clear answer. I eventually had to pay for an Uber to return. On top of these issues, no solid solutions were offered for the hotel’s mistakes. The rates for accommodation and services are high compared to the quality and reliability provided. Payment is charged without error or delay, yet when it comes to the hotel’s own failures or mistakes, there is no compensation or effective resolution offered. These incidents and the lack of an adequate response demonstrate a serious lack of coordination and care for guests—something unacceptable for the level and price the hotel claims to offer. I expect immediate action to improve your internal processes and to be informed about a compensation for the inconvenience caused.
