Just done a 4 night stay at the Carlton Hotel Singapore and would highly recommend the hotel, clean rooms, superb breakfast options, all staff ensure a comfortable stay! First surprise was the upgrade to a spacious king room. Requested a high floor non smoking and quiet room and all expectations met! Staff very polite and always willing to assist. The final touch to an incredible experience was the use of shower and pool facilities post check out! For me that is a clincher! Thank you and keep your standards and heads high!
The rooms are exceptional! Beds are abit too soft to our preference but yet we fell right into deep sleep and woke up fresh... check in and out was a breeze, queue was fast and car park redemption is available. Thank you for the free room upgrade for our wedding night! The view is lovely and room is spacious!
Beautiful property with clean, well-kept rooms and polite, helpful staff. Only downside: despite multiple prior requests, the breakfast bag provided for our early departure (5:30 a.m.) was not gluten-free and lacked even basic items like a napkin. Still, a pleasant stay overall.
