Carthage Thalasso Resort

We visited the hotel to enjoy the beach and pool services, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The staff handled every request with professionalism and kindness, making us feel truly welcome and well looked after. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a luxurious and well-managed and kind environment.

We stayed here in early June, and I'm not sure if it's out-of-season or not, but the resort was rather empty, dull, and boring. The beach wasn't really 'private', only part of the sand area is private, the water was, however, open to the public from the nearby beaches. Also, the dinner buffet was closed throughout our stay, and the restaurant food wasn't all that great and was very pricey. The WiFi is garbage, very weak in the rooms, and nonexistent in the beach. The staff were nice overall and helpful, and the room bathrooms weren't bad. Lastly, the hotel had a foul, sewage-like odor of varying intensity throughout but very noticeable in the corridors. I don't think I'll be returning here. Consider this a 2.5 star review. Overall, it was a mediocre resort.

Room 1089 - 8/7 till 12/7. Bad * After 17 hours flight - wrongly give a room card which already equipped and room located too far. Have to walk back to Reception. * No complimentary mineral water. * Everyday cannot sleep well in 3 days coz a lot of mosquito - report to Duty Manager, no action taken within 3 days. Only on 11/7 hear forging outside room early morning. * Room bad smell need to full blast air conditioning. Good * Food in breakfast. Acceptable coz upgraded menu choices in 3 days stay.
