In love with this hotel. Clean amenities, supportive staff, very good breakfast with options for any taste. Our toddler loved their big playground and that there are alpacas at the hotel. She managed to play with them and feed them which was a great experience! Absolutely recommended! Especially for a stay with kids.

Located in a very quiet area. Away from the main street. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel has huge grounds so do walk around to explore! There's a spa, outdoor movie screening, bonfire that starts from 6-10pm, a tiny farm for llama and alpacas, hammocks, playground, teepee tents with a bed to lounge around in and many more. During our stay, there's also an activity to look at stars at an extra cost. Breakfast was amazing. A wide variety of local Peruvian dishes and continental breakfast. An egg station where you can order freshly made omelette. Rooms were clean and spacious. Thank you.

No doubt, the Sacred Valley is a truly enigmatic place, full of beautiful landscapes and nature. The Casa Andina hotel in Urubamba is a charming mountain retreat with a great vibe and beautiful architecture that blends well with the surroundings. I stayed at the Luxury Villa Senior — a secluded area facing the mountains — and it was a very pleasant, peaceful setting. However, there were a couple of issues with the room. The king bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a piece of plywood. We reported this to the reception, and while the staff did their best to improve it, unfortunately, it remained uncomfortable. The bathroom also had a design flaw: the shower drain didn’t work properly, causing water to overflow into the rest of the bathroom. As for the food, it was not very impressive. The bigger issue is that there are no dining alternatives nearby, so you're basically stuck eating at the hotel. Now, on a very positive note — the staff is outstanding. Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Service is definitely 5 stars. In short, the hotel has a lot of potential with its location, design, and staff, but the comfort and dining experience need improvement.
