Impeccable hotel! A must stay if you're in Bogota. If you land early in the morning, I highly recommend hanging out in the spa with a pool, sauna, and massage. The best breakfast buffet I've ever had, and the restaurants and room service were also tasty and affordable.

We were thrilled to discover this gem during our very first visit to Bogotá. Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & Spa is perfectly situated—central and within easy reach of all the city's must-see spots. I wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel is beautiful and has great amenities, but the customer service was disappointing. For the first two nights, I had no air conditioning, and it took them almost three days to fix it. There was also a loud party that kept me from sleeping, and on top of that, a pipe leak caused a strong sewage smell. I stayed here to recover from a medical procedure, expecting comfort and rest, but my treatment was extended by two days. When I requested to extend my stay, it was denied—understandable since the hotel was full. However, I simply asked for a late checkout at 2 PM instead of 1 PM, as my next hotel’s check-in was at 3 PM, and they still refused, despite the previous inconveniences. For the price, you expect a higher level of service and the ability to rest properly. While it’s not a bad hotel, there are areas that need improvement if they want to call themselves a 5-star establishment. I usually stay at Four Seasons, and this was my first time trying this hotel.
