Casa Polanco Hotel Boutique

I visited Casa Polanco in June 2025 for a long weekend with my friend. We stayed in a king-bed room booked through Expedia just one week before our visit. We had the most wonderful time! The hotel restaurant is so good, the breakfast food is yummy with lots of options. Snacks and food available all day. Alcohol was included in our stay which was an amazing surprise. This was my first visit to Mexico City and Casa Polanco made my stay AMAZING. The staff is WONDERFUL. They are so nice and were always willing to speak English with me which was much appreciated. It was my friends birthday and the staff put a bouquet of flowers with a very sweet note in our room on her birthday AND brought her a cake slice after her birthday breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful, so many green trees and plants and lots of natural light. The Library is a fabulous spot to chill as well as the outside patios. The internet service was excellent, each room has its own network as well as the main hotel wifi. WE LOVED CASA POLANCO. I cannot wait to go back!!

A must stay! A lovely decorated Boutique Hotel with an excellent/attentive staff. Roberto is the best! We loved his fun energy and creative suggestions for curated shopping and dinners recommendations (not on the everybody’s list! ). Chris and Martine

This was probably one of the best hotel experience I had in my life. I been to many nice hotels in the world, but nothing really compared to Casa Polanco. From the moment you check-in you are warmly greeted by the staff who constantly are here to make your stay more enjoyable. This is definitely a hotel that I will visit again in the future.
