A beautiful hotel in Icod de los Vinos that is well worth the visit. Our host, Lorena, welcomed us from the very beginning with a smile and served us a lovely breakfast every morning of our trip. When we left some important papers in the room before checking out, Lorena notified us right away. We were able to pick everything up and still made our flight! Top-class quality with a personal touch in a charming location.
Authentic little local hotel with all the basic ameneties available. Breakfast was decent but do not expect an extensive buffet. Staff was very kind and cleaning of the room was done correctly. The Check-in could have been improved by providing extra options next to calling a local number and having all the information passed on via phone.
Friendly and very helpful host. Charming hotel, super location, lovely breakfast. Room a bit tired and bathroom in big need of updating.
