What stood out the most was the customer service – especially Angelo. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Lorenza @ Bloved. Perfect service, intuitively knew our needs before we asked and paced the delivery of the meals with perfect timing. This made the entire dining experience most enjoyable. The food was also amazing and her careful monitoring of our drinks ensured we never had to ask for anything. The chef, Maria, was amazing! It was her first night, but you wouldn’t know it. The food was fantastic. Santiago was our server, and I definitely recommend him! He was super nice, quick to bring drinks, clear our dishes, and even practiced Spanish with me! So far, the best restaurant I’ve been to at this resort. Even if you aren’t staying at Catalonia, you should come check this place out! :)
