We cannot stress enough how AMAZING this hotel was, from the moment we arrived to check-out! Every member of staff – from the receptionists to the bar and restaurant team – was so lovely and accommodating to anything we could’ve needed. Our room was ever so kindly upgraded at check-in, which was such a treat – but honestly, all the rooms in this hotel look fab. The rooftop pool is also a show-stopper, and best of all, there was no battle for sunbeds 🤣 We also found taxis much easier to get from this hotel than others we’ve stayed in before. 10/10 – would recommend to anyone looking for a quintessential hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. My wife and I have reached an age where we have been fortunate enough to stay in lots of hotels around the Mediterranean and particularly the Balearic Islands. What really makes this hotel stand out is the happy staff who are absolutely amazing. They combine professionalism with genuine customer service and go above and beyond to ensure you are having a nice time. The hotel is super, beautiful rooms (we did a split week with a ground floor “swim up” room and then a suite on the top floor). The breakfast is a banquet fit for the healthy and heartiest of appetites with lovely fresh fruits and great pastries etc. The omelettes cooked to order a must! In summary a fabulous hotel in the best resort with amazing staff.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in the middle of May and cannot fault the hotel. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded and we had been upgraded to the most amazing suite! The room was beautiful with a walk in wardrobe, huge bathroom and shower, a separate lounge area and 2 swim up balconies. The service was brilliant from the start. I used the gym a few times which was small but ideal for what I wanted to do. The location is great - at the end of the marina but walkable into town in 5 mins. We hired a car and ate out at various restaurants around the island. Parking is free on roads outside of the hotel. There is a roof top pool and nice sun loungers, and breakfast at the hotel was brilliant too. Highly recommend this hotel!
