CC Beach Front Papagayo All Inclusive

First off I read as many of the reviews as possible. I really do not understand how people rated this a one or a two or even that. This resort went above and beyond our expectations. The best thing about this hotel is the people that work there, always happy. Always willing to do anything to make your stay better. First off it is very quiet and a bit secluded so there is not a lot of traffic or busyness. The food oh my gosh was outstanding. There is a different theme every night which completely blew us away. I will tell you me and my husband are very picky eaters but there was something every meal and every day for us to try that was new. It is so cool to be eating outside and seeing the iguanas running around and hearing the howler monkeys in the background. We went during the rainy season which did not stop us from doing anything. At night we got to watch the beautiful lightning on the beach that was gorgeous! Our room was always left clean and our fridge was stocked with drinks and beers. I wasn't sure if all inclusive meant all the drinks and alcoholic drinks as well, but it does! Bartenders go above and beyond to make anything that you ask for and even let you try some new things. Personally, I believe anybody that had a bad time here did it to themselves.. if you asked the staff for anything, they're more than willing to help you out or get it for you. It is not a five-star or super luxurious resort, but it is everything that we expected it to be and then way more. We as Americans saw other crappy Americans that give us a bad reputation so I am guessing that those are the people that raided this hotel so poorly. All the workers here do their jobs with smiles on their faces and treated us very kindly, they are what made this place so much better. We are already planning to come back here. If you don't have any tours planned, don't worry, you can do that in the hotel lobby or walk out under the beach and there are more than willing to help you set up a tour, ATV ride or massage. We keep coming back to Costa Rica especially because of the people here. We have traveled all over the world but have never been treated better. We are already recommending this place to other people. We also always felt safe here and there is a guard shack that checks all the vehicles in and out. Again, I cannot say enough about this resort! This is absolutely a gem, within close distance of a major airport and anything that you may need.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the highlights was a private anniversary dinner that the staff helped us plan. Chef Christian prepared a delicious, custom fine dining experience, perfectly tailored to our tastes, and paired with champagne. We were also treated to excellent service by our personal server, Eric, who made the evening feel truly elegant and intimate. If you're looking for a tranquil, luxurious escape with personalized service, this is the place to be. We left feeling refreshed and cared for.

My recent stay at CC Beach Front Hotel in Costa Rica was a refreshing experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Housekeeping was also prompt and courteous, ensuring the room stayed clean and comfortable throughout my stay. While the beachfront location is beautiful and the views are unbeatable, some of the facilities feel a bit worn down. The room furniture and bathroom fixtures could use updating. Additionally, the cleaning of the poll and some roof repair work could be considered. Despite these minor issues, the outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression, and I would definitely consider returning—especially if some of the amenities get a refresh. If you’re looking for a laid-back beachfront escape with genuinely kind service, CC Beach Front is great.
