Booked 2 rooms and stayed with family and children. Excellent property,with very good service. Sufficient car parking space with valet service is very convenient Club rooms are big enough with all required facilities. Breakfast spread is decent and food taste good . One notable issue is with the pool.. Swimming pools tiles at the floor is broken and it hurt my son's foot to bleed badly. Please avoid pool until it is fixed Except for pool ,Over all it was good and pleasant stay

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised as we didn't expect much from this place, but it has a unique way of pleasing its guests. The comfort level was exceptional, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, which truly stood out as the highlight of this property. Additionally, its convenient location makes it easily accessible to most people, including the breakfast options. I would like to give a special mention to Muhammad Hussain , Jeeva and Deepon, who were incredibly nice and helpful during our stay. I look forward to returning to this property in the future. It is a centrally located and accessible place, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Salem. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights last week, and overall, the experience was fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. However, I would like to highlight one area that needs improvement — the kitchen. I had ordered a few dishes during my stay, and unfortunately, the food quality was below average. It did not meet the standard set by the rest of the hotel experience. I strongly urge the management to look into this, as improving the food quality will truly complete what is otherwise a wonderful stay.
