I highly recommend this hotel! It's conveniently located near shops and shopping malls, making it easy to get around. The hotel's food is halal, which was a big plus for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest. The front desk officers - Been, Nan and Jasmin were extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly and always had a smile on their faces. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. 👍

They have live bands in the evening, which adds to the lively ambiance. The staff at the reception were very helpful and polite. Even the bellboy and housekeeper were friendly and helpful. The bartender was also polite and friendly. The location is extremely convenient — definitely one of the best choices for a stay in Hatyai.
