Centara Life Phu Pano Resort Krabi

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel was spotless, with room servicing done every day. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony with beautiful views of the hills and the pool. The pool itself was excellent. clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us every time we arrived or left the hotel, which made the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the location, as it’s a bit far from the beach. You can walk or rent a scooter, and the hotel does offer a shuttle service, though it runs at fixed times. Overall, everything else about the hotel was perfect — from the rooms and facilities to the service and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you don’t mind being slightly away from the beach.

This hotel looks amazing and is very clean, also the staff is very helpful and polite (they also speak very good English as well). I stayed in a room with pool view and amazing view on the tall rocks in front of the hotel so waking up was a unique experience. The pool is also very nice but not very big which is fine to me. I’ve been here for a few days and did not use all the facilities that are available. But they have almost everything you want in a hotel like a nice restaurant and a good gym for those who like to stay in shape during their holiday, there is also a parking garage with enough space for both cars and bikes which is also nice because you will be needing a bike or car for this hotel because the beach and other tourist attractions are further away from this place but definitely not too far away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Waste of money if you think it is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are extremely small, making it feel quite claustrophobic — there’s barely enough space for luggage. Additionally, the room is connected to the neighboring one via an internal door, which compromises privacy as conversations from the next room are clearly audible. The restaurant staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The hotel is also located quite far from the beach, making it inconvenient for those hoping to enjoy seaside activities. If you have not ordered food from hotel kitchen then they don’t care about room service. I asked for 2 plates and they upfront denied the service. Looks like they only care about money and not guest experience. Overall, I would rate this stay 1 out of 5. It’s hard to understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel.
