Centre Point Hotel Chidlom Bangkok

Affordable hotel for the 3 of us in 1 room. Location is good too, walking distance to malls. Hotel service is good too. Suggest to improve 1. lift card slot sensitivity - as it's slow in reaction at times. 2. Laundry area - dryer was not working, still very wet after 45mins as scheduled. Front desk was very helpful and got technician to fix it.

Very good service from the hotel n special thanks to Mr Kay who was always very friendly n helpful. Gotten a free upgrade of the hotel room to one which has a kitchen. Although it’s near to the Chidlom BTS station, it’d still need about 15 mins to walk to reach the hotel, under the hot sun. The hotel provides free tuk-tuk shuttle from hotel to the Mercury Ville building beside the station (n vice versa), which is great. When needed the tuk-tuk pick up at the building, just use WeChat or Line app to message the hotel n 90% of the time, it’d arrive in about 10 mins. From the station, can actually walk via the overhead R-Walk (R stands for Ratchaprasong) all the way to the main Siam central shopping area n the surrounding malls n places of interest, which is very convenient.

I was surprised how amazing the breakfast was. I didn't expect amazing variety and awesome flavor for a breakfast buffet. The rooms are large, we stayed in the grand family room. Close to lots of things to walk around, even at 4am, very safe area. Of course the service is excellent too. Overall a great value. You don't need to have a nice view from the hotel room because there are many rooftop restaurants and bars nearby.
