Century Southern Tower Hotel

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The staff we interacted with were really friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well maintained. The only drawback for me as an older person was the shower is in the bath. I don't know if they have accessible rooms but next time we will ask. We had breakfast included and there was a huge selection of food on offer. We didn't eat at other times here. The hotel is super close to Shinjuku station, but navigating the station is another story 😃. Beware of friendly directions as you could end walking further than you need. Be aware that the reception in on floor 20. It wasn't clear to us when we arrived but we were tired and missed the signs. The hotel is close to lots of places to eat and shop. Note also that the hop on hop off bus stops right under the hotel. We have another stay booked before we head home to NZ. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

We stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed the experience. It's a very short walk from Shinjuku station (so you can quickly move all around using a variety of subway and JR Lines), and within 10-15 minutes walking you can get to so many different neighborhoods for shopping. The Government Building is roughly 10 - 15 minutes away walking. Our reservation included breakfast, which had more than enough options for our family. Freshly cooked omelets, and a full buffet full of western and traditional Japanese items.

Really good location in Shinjuku part of Tokyo. Good options for breakfast nearby if you don't want to dine within the hotel. Rooms are very clean. Great to have sustainable way of providing free water and ice using the machines by the elevator on each floor. Recommend having an insulated flask to top up for your day out sightseeing during hot summer visits! Hotel is able to arrange luggage transfer service from within the hotel which helps for multi-city visits. Thank you to all the helpful staff at Hotel Century Southern Tower! :)
