I have stayed at this hotel several times now and have overall enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious and staff are helpful. The one thing I have to complain about would be the breakfasts. I think it was probably the smallest/plainest breakfast I have ever seen a hotel offer. When we asked for milk for the coffee they said no and we asked if we could have a piece of bread for the baby they also said no. Overall a nice hotel, just let down by the breakfast!
Incredible helpful staff, they make everything possible to make you feel at home Location is great for exploring, metro 2 minutes and taxi in front of the door (good ones) breakfast is typical - arepa / carne / queso and lots of fresh fruit and fresh juice I recommend a big cup for the coffee, it's really good A place to come back
It is allright, nothing too fancy. A bit pricey for what you get. But if you are just for a few days in Caracas and you are mostly out and about, then it is a good hotel for your stay in this city.
