Absolutely gorgeous resort, surrounded with beautiful rain forest with waterfall and natural hot springs. My accommodation was perfect, service excellent. People couldn't be more nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back there! Highly recommend!

This hotel is incredible! Located in the jungle, it has beautiful outdoor spaces everywhere even when it’s raining. The units are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed many of the on-site activities and ended each day in the hot springs pools. The food at the restaurants was quite good. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent here. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Chachagua Rainforest Hotel & Hot Springs was unforgettable. The property is tucked away in the rainforest, and while it’s a bit of a drive from the more touristy areas of La Fortuna, it is absolutely worth the extra distance for the tranquility and natural beauty. We stayed in a Deluxe Bungalow, which was beautiful. We loved the porch area of our bungalow, especially during the rainy evenings. The natural hot springs on-site are incredible. They were peaceful, relaxing, and never crowded. The entire property is beautifully maintained. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and definitely worth enjoying on-site. For other meals, we would recommend heading into town or trying nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was serene and restorative.
