Chalong Marina Bay View Phuket

We had a great stay. We arrived after midnight and were able to check in quickly. Unfortunately we were assigned the room next to the breakfast area and were woken up early by scrapping chairs. When I inquired about being moved rooms the staff, especially Focus, was apologetic and said they could accommodate a room move as soon as one was clean. Originally we were told the room would be ready by 3, but it was ready by 11am and the staff helped us move rooms as well. We were also given a complimentary fruit plate for the issue. The rest of the stay was great, the staff is attentive and helpful. They were prompt with any requests, helped us book activities and always friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalong Marina Bay View Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the customer service was truly outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Although I didn’t get much time to enjoy the pool, the pool area was lovely with a beautiful view—definitely a highlight of the hotel. The location is slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, but that actually added to the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest beach, and Grab/Bolt rides to popular spots are very affordable and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m definitely planning to return. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and views.

The hospitality at the hotel was truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally courteous, always greeting us with a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their genuine care and professionalism made the experience truly memorable.
