Friendly and helpful staff from the entrance door, to the vip lounge and the room! Got to the hotel way before check in time, however I’ve asked for paper and pen to do some writing, the concierge staff was kind enough to give me a card access to L7 (VIP Lounge) to write comfortably. The room comes with access to VIP lounge at L7 with free coffee, tea and biscuits all day long and 6pm to 10pm free flow Taiwan beer. The room was clean and spacious for two.
Rita was such a great host! We’re a big group of friends and families with teens and young kids. We all had a great time. We’ll definitely come back and stay here next time we visit Kaohsiung!
I booked 3 rooms but 1 of them had severe smoking smell...so, they changed another one...but there are no opening windows so too soggy inside. And I found a cigarette butt as picture even non smoking room. Staffs are excellent. Tap beer service in lounge was very good... Breakfast were good especially dimsum.
