The accommodations offered were somewhat dated, but still maintained a comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast team deserves high praise for their exceptional service and welcoming demeanor. Overall, the experience was positive, and the staff truly enhanced the stay. It's a place I would consider revisiting in the future.

My stay was comfortable and welcoming, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. While that vacation glow often colors perceptions, making everything seem brighter, in this case, the service at Chateau St. John truly shone through. We went to visit family in Saint John and my parents recommended staying at this hotel which was super close to my brother. There is underground parking as well as an outdoor parking lot, the lobby is large and comfortable if you want to sit, the rooms were enormous actually, bathroom was big a little bit of peeling paint on the ceiling, it's a little dated but a very comfortable stay. I will say this above all the breakfast was fantastic and that's due to the amazing service from the sweetest lady and gentleman that work there. She literally brightened every morning with her kind and warm greetings to every patron. Breakfast is included with the room.
