Wow, this hotel's service is just wow. the manager was helpful and caring. helped us with every need and question. made our stay at bukavel just perfect! from the hotel you slide down right to the ski trails and come back right to the hotel. at the evening it takes about 10 min to reach any spot at bukavel. the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the spa is a must too. highly recommended. and once again, thank you Ivan for making this stay so pleasant and careless from our side. and last thing, the view from the hotel rooms is magnificent!

We stayed in chevalier hotel 4 nights it was really lovely. All food and services was great. Bed is comfy and it is excellent place for resting. It has pool sauna hamam and salt bath. Pool is by the landscape view really good view. I recommend here for everyone. also staff was really friendly and never refused any of our requests. I hope to visit again in future. Thank you very much.

I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay, and upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet the reception staff were. Even though they didn’t speak English, they were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast attendant was also incredibly kind and attentive—a big star for her, as she managed to take care of so many people, including children, at the same time. However, what scared and disappointed me was the security. At 11:30 pm on a Saturday, someone was desperately knocking on my door. As two women traveling together, my friend and I woke up very stressed and chose not to answer. Additionally, the only phone to contact reception was located in the bathroom, and the door lacked a peephole for us to check who was outside. Another issue was the bar being closed. After enjoying the amazing pool and sauna provided by the hotel, we were looking forward to relaxing with a drink at the bar. Unfortunately, despite being advertised on the website, the bar was not yet open and would only open in the following days. It would have been appreciated if we were informed about this beforehand, as we returned to the hotel early, expecting to enjoy drinks at the bar. In summary, while the staff is truly amazing, there are significant areas for improvement in terms of security and better communication about the hotel’s amenities.
