Chevron Renaissance Ocean Views

We love this place! We don't need perfection, the staff are helpful understanding and attend to all our needs with respect and kindness. The rooms have what we need and allow us to have the best holiday every single time and the outdoor area is Paradise. If we do need something it's always provided with professional, quality service. This time our stay was 7 nights and we were welcomed by Ho Lee at reception...wow, wow, wow your energy, smile and love for your job showed on all levels, thank you for making our stay extra memorable in the best of ways!! Shout out to Peter who organises tours through the hotel, you are just an awesome guy. John you provided us with room maintenance that involved easy conversation and we seen your love for the Gold Coast just like us. All the bad reviews on this hotel piss me off because the public are quick to speak crap and put the positive second best

This is supposed to be a 4 star resort, . The facade is covered in algae, the main pool needs a lot of attention , IAM a high class Motel owner with a 1 star Michelin chef , but this place is beyond belief .

If I could give 0 stars I would. A/C flooded our room which we were blamed for. Filthy, outdated rooms. Badly needs to close for maintenance overhaul. Mantra Management - you scrape the bottom of the barrel!
