OMG this is a gem in the heart of Cartagena!!! Just WOW! Clean, beautiful, and modern! The lobby is stunning and so is the center court. Don’t doubt for second to book here, I am very picky and this over exceed my expectations. Compared to other hotels in the area this by far is the best option! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are so clean! The ac is strong and really cools the room. Also special shout out to Maria!! What a kind employee! She always greeted us with a smile and had stellar recommendations!! If we come back to Cartagena we will be staying there again. Lovely lovely place!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! One of the biggest highlights is the location—it's super central and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist spots. The staff are incredibly helpful. Huge shoutout to Maria, who went above and beyond to help us rebook our flight when we couldn’t get through to the airline’s customer service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Cartagena!

This was the perfect place to stay while we were in Cartagena. It was beautiful with all the greenery in the center of the building. The room was spacious with modern furnishings, high ceilings and a wonderful walk-in shower. The staff were all so nice and friendly and happy to help with anything. The location was the best. Just step outside and walk along the streets in any direction and enjoy bars, restaurants and shops. The clock tower square, where all the tours meet, was a 2 min walk away. At night a lot streets in that area are closed off to cars so people can easily walk around and bar hop. With all the activity it was still amazingly quiet in our room at night. They have a beautiful roof top bar. You can enjoy a gourmet meal at a table or sit at the bar or at a stool along the edge overlooking the street. Our stay here was so perfect.
