Citadines Balestier Singapore

The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a comfy bed and kitchenette. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Nice rooftop pool and gym with a view. Great location—quiet but close to food and transport. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Citadines Balestier Singapore while we were in the city and it was amazing. Below is a comprehensive review of our stay. Great: The sustainability focus is amazing! The refillable water jug in the room to reduce plastic use is a great initiative. Good: Apartment: New and clean with 2 TVs. There's a shop downstairs to buy essentials and a gym. Bed: Great sized bed, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms: Spotlessly clean Location: Slightly away from city centre but easily accessible by taxi in about 10-15mins. 15min walk to nearest underground station. Staff: Are nice and helpful Kitchenette: Had all the things we needed including the washing machine. Can be better: Shower: Pressure could be better as it was low flow. Room: Not fully sound proof so could hear road noise from the bedroom. Lifts: Are a bit slow during early morning but manageable. Overall a great option for a stay close to city centre but also avoid the rush.

Lovely hotel/ serviced apartment. Nice decor and landscaping. Numerous common areas for guests to hang out and chill. The whole area is well maintained, clean and warm. I loved my room - good size, new and functional. I was given a high floor and the view was splendid. Service was prompt and delightful too. I reported a fault and the maintenance team showed up within minutes. I also would like to commend the reception team for going the extra mile for me. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!
