Staying here while on business trip to Sarawak. Place are around 8-10 min from the riverside driving during non peak hour. They upgraded my room to 2 bedroom executive which is much appreciated but felt under used for me due to staying alone. Room are like a small apartment fully furnished with almost everything except for laundry. The location is just opposite of The Spring mall which is good too. My only comment is that the sound proofing are a bit weak. Breakfast have limit menu and there is some shops on the ground floor. Overall price are quite good and fairly accessible with grab. Will I repeat? Sure for business but for leisure I will prefer to stay at the riverside area.

A nice place right across the Spring Shopping Mall and at the bus Metro line no. 103. Very conveniently situated between the airport and Kuching city centre. Apartments are nice, cosy, pool is awesome, but gets crowded over weekends, gym is fine, laundry service a bit overpriced.

The lobby, located on Level 2, is welcoming, and the team there is warm and hospitable. That said, the housekeeping team could pay more attention to detail. Some amenities in the room didn’t meet expectations and could have been cleaned better. I hope the management addresses these concerns to enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel because the staff is attentive and responsive to feedback. They’re even willing to change rooms if necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.
