I would have enjoyed my stay more if there weren’t any renovations, it really affected my stay negatively. I asked the hotel on 29/01/2025 if the renovations would be completed by the time I check in and they lied to me. I am glad that I didn’t include breakfast in my stay, I saw guests having breakfast at the bar, didn’t look very inviting or accommodating. There was no pool, the area was being renovated and our rooms was so close to all of the noise. On one of the nights around midnight, I could hear sounds that sounded like renovations. The room itself was really good and the design was chic and contemporary. There isn’t any complimentary water in the room. I loved how clean my room was, and the location was close to everything the V&A has to offer. I will book again, provided the renovations are completed.

Staff 5/5 Room decor 4/5 Breakfast 1/5 The Room lights were not working in some parts. The water pressure is extremely low and no hot water. The Breakfast was poor. The elevator did not work and I had to carry my bags down 2 flights of stairs.
