The receptionist Mr. Hamza was very supportive to get our booking finalised from a booking website The booking website was not showing room details but this person helped us to get this sorted We reached around 1.00 am and all these issues started. Will definitely visit again
Designated car park that belongs to City point hotel in Manama. Even if you don’t stay or visit the property, you can always pay 400 fils and park in their car park for an hour. If the time exceeds 1 hour, you must pay additional 400 fils. The parking is well monitored by cctv cameras and security man.
Rooms - Bathroom and window locals were damaged. I found it as safety concern. Room aroma was very terrible. Service - First of all there was parking issue. They don’t have their own parking space. They took me to park my car 500m from the hotel. If any one willing to stay with family then it would be a bad choice. Location - Very congested area. Kindly don’t believe on the pics which are uploaded on the hotel site.
