City Seasons Hotel Muscat

Very good hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout my stay. However, the service needs some improvement—after room cleaning, essentials like bathroom tissue and other room supplies were sometimes not restocked. Overall, a great experience but a bit more attention to detail would make it even better.

I recently attended a training program hosted at City Seasons Hotel and had a very positive experience. The venue was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment for learning. The conference room was equipped with all necessary facilities — good lighting, strong Wi-Fi, and functioning audio-visual equipment. Staff members were professional and helpful throughout the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Refreshments were served on time and of good quality, and the overall hospitality added to the pleasant experience. While I didn’t stay overnight, based on the service and organization I experienced, the hotel appears to be a reliable choice for both business and events. Highly recommended for corporate meetings and training sessions.

The food was very good, the buffet was diverse, and the service was excellent. The place is classy and comfortable. I only wish the tables were arranged a bit better to allow for easier movement between them without disturbing other guests.
