Ciêla Lusaka a Tribute Portfolio Resort and Spa

Such a lovely experience at Ciela! The staff was absolutely the best--thank you to Cleopatra, Melody, Chef Lloyd, Jadeia and many others who made my stay so wonderful. The grounds are well-manicured, and the rooms are top notch. I also enjoyed visiting the little shops on the property as well. The only issues I had was with the airport pickup and drop off. Although I booked this in advance and received the confirmation, there was no shuttle waiting for me once I landed. After several calls, it got sorted out and luckily I landed during the daytime but maybe more drivers are needed to fully meet the demand. The hotel could also consider providing satellite or smart TVs for more entertainment options (there are only about 25 channels), and small hand towels in the bathroom would be nice. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay. The spa is also excellent, with well-trained massage therapists that were better than far more expensive massages I've had in the US. Overall, I highly recommend this resort and would be happy to stay here again!

A beautiful and expansive property. Enjoyed a night stay with a morning walk. Wish had more time to enjoy. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were very nice as well.

It’s a lovely space in the “outskirts”. You’ll definitely need to drive if you’re not spending the night because you might struggle to find a Taxi back to town. I highly recommend getting a massage at their spa. 10/10 service Botanica restaurant is currently under maintenance (April 2025) but Elements restaurant is as great. The service is fast and the waiters are so welcoming.
