Club Calimera Serra Palace Hotel

We enjoyed ourselves that much, we have since booked to come back 4 weeks later. Our room was very modern, daily cleans available if you want. Towels replaced daily, also pool towels are provided. Every single staff member we encountered were super friendly and made the stay very pleasant. We are very fussy English eaters, so the food wasn’t to our taste (our problem not the hotel) but there seemed to be so much variety and change everyday. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the slides and kids pool close for a couple of hours during the afternoon which is disappointing and left the kids extremely bored and confused as to why they weren’t allowed to go on.

We booked this holiday last minute and we got a good deal. Because of this, I was worried the quality wouldn't be good, however we were really pleasantly surprised. The staff were really friendly and accommodating on arrival, taking our luggage up to the room. The room was lovely, modern and clean. The choice of swimming pools was great, shade for the little ones, the castle and slide pool for the slightly older ones and a huge water park for the bigger kids and adults. Also other pools for swimming. The food was really good. Lovely choice of salad, meat dishes and traditional Turkish food, all really well seasoned and tasty. A restaurant specifically for kids too which was great for fussy ones. We treated ourselves to a massage one day which was a good price €50 for 1 hours full body massage. The spa was very luxurious, relaxing and lovely. The entertainment was great too, in the main theatre we particularly enjoyed the acrobatics, African and circus acts. Our absolute favorite was the garden party. The hotel pulled out all the stops with the lights, smoke machines and foam party. The music was spot on and it was one of the funniest nights I've ever had. Our 4 year old had so much fun too! Thank you so much for a great Holiday we will be back ❤️🇹🇷.

We got a good all inclusive price. Because it was off season not everything was prepared up to standard. For example the beach female toilets wouldn't flush, the mini golf course is laughable and damaged. The food was always recycled from the day before(which I appreciate the need not to waste food) but sometimes it wasn't hot or tasty. The rooms were clean and adequate. The lady who helped us make the reservation at the hotel restaurant was completely rude to our group. She said that only four out of our group of seven people would be allowed to make a reservation (when we arrived at the restaurant there were clearly many open tables). Everyone else working at the hotel was a delight to deal with. Will go again
