Very very friendly and nice staff. Service was 100% satisfied. From room service, reception, security, travel desk, activity fishing area staff, pool staff all were happily doing their job with a smile. Reasonable stay, very scenic, neat and each penny worth spending. Floating homes are a bit difficult to get reservation but worth trying once atleast. The only drawback I felt was that the pool water was not good.

Amazing! This was so fun and enjoying for our family. The boat ride was amazing and they had a radio and a water bottle! The employees were so helpful and always so nice and have a smile in their face. The food was so amazing and my mouth watered when I ate it. The Kerala rice was so good and the sea food restaurant was phenomenal. This room is good for 4-5 family members. There rooms vary from normal hotel room to a house on a boat. They have a pool what was pretty good just the activities to do were a little boring and there were limited chairs though. Overall this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been too and I hope you enjoy it too!

The whole experience was excellent every person there from housekeeping to front office was very cooperative and helpful. The swimming pool, the grounds and the rooms are very well kept. The shops in the premises is very modestly priced. The food is very good and moderately spiced. The chef and his staff is very well trained and their work exceptional.
