Staff is warm and friendly. We went there with our 5 months old baby and 11 years old nephew. They helped us a lot to make the kids feel comfortable that's why the stay was more pleasant. Rooms are nice.

We stayed at Sherwood for 2 nights & 3 days with our 10 month old baby. The weather was amazing. The resort is located amidst the woods. All facilities are at walkable distance. The resort is clean & well kept. The staff is polite and helpful. Special thanks to Anuradha, Jyoti and Amruta for their friendly approach towards our baby. Appreciate the chef for making our baby's food as per our requirements.

This resort just sells on its historic ratings. We visited in April 2025. The service is very poor. Reception takes feedback which is discarded and not considered at all. Food quality is very poor. Again, feedback given to the chef was ignored. We told them about lack of salt in khichdi and dhokla but it was plainly unheard of. Internal resort roads are very poor. If you have a car, you're lucky else you will find it very difficult to travel within the resort itself. Room cleanliness is poor. Absolutely dusty rooms with insects. We asked for pest control and cleaning to be done but the response was that all this is done once before checkin. Unfortunately, this didn't feel like the case. Would not advise visiting this place even though the property might be hyped.
