Club Nena All Inclusive

It was the first time I visited Turkey last month, and I never expected such a beautiful and peaceful place where I stayed at the Hotel. The location is exactly near the sea, I like the hotel because it's a villa vibe with nature like trees and flowers surrounding, big space, every day and night has a program like sports, dance, games for adults and for children. Their food is tasty and a lot of variety of choices of foods, desserts drinks, and you will be every day satisfied and full. The disadvantage is that far from Antalya which is hassle to travel from the airport to the hotel but at all everything is so nice, satisfied and I had a good memory. I would love to visit again and again.

The place is not bad, but it’s quite old. The good part is that there are multiple swimming pools and a kids’ water area, which is a great idea and works fine. What’s missing is someone telling guests not to eat or drink in the pool, and not to go in with dirty legs. Sometimes the bathrooms (kids and adults) are dirty and smell bad. Renovation and a permanent toilet cleaner would help a lot – I know this from my own experience after refurbishing. Rooms: Missing fresh, high-quality towels – these are more 2–3 star quality, not 5-star. Air conditioning could be cleaned better. No real quality shampoo or shower gel daily. Cleaning in the main areas is good, but the remote controls and wardrobes are not cleaned – full of dust and hair from earlier guests. The hotel is old, and while they do clean daily, sometimes it’s not enough. Food: There are many types of food, but the chicken is terrible – overcooked and wasted. It should be portioned and cooked properly, like in Egypt or Morocco. Sometimes 5-star hotels are much better than Nena Hotel. You will find something to eat, but often it looks good and tastes horrible – a waste of food. Drinks: No juice included – only for extra money in a 5-star hotel, which is negative. Babies need fresh juice, not just water or milk. Everywhere should have fresh juice, not just sugary drinks. I missed 100% juice a lot with babies. Beer was not so bad. Swimming pools: Could be 5-star if they had small cleaning pools for dirty legs and a permanent pool cleaner stopping guests from entering with dirty feet from the grass or throwing bones and leftover food in the water – NOT OK. The kids’ pool and kids’ toilet are far apart, so I saw many families letting babies use the pool instead of the toilet. Not good. Aquaworld is the same – dirty legs, dirty pools, sometimes broken glass and leftover food. I asked staff to clean the floor, but they only wanted to sell cocktails and didn’t understand me unless we wanted to buy something. Ridiculous. Beach: Feels like 3-star, not 5-star. The beach is the best part, but it’s not cleaned properly. The “non-smoking” area allows smoking, so if you open the terrace door, the smoke comes in. The beach area is not controlled – there should be clear separation and rules. If there are no rules, the problems grow and anarchy comes.
