Great hotel! In a wonderful location. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The front desk staff was exceptionally wonderful. We love the coffee bar. When you're running around Philly you need a lot of caffeine for fuel. That was a nice perk. Highly, highly, highly recommend
I checked in on Friday and was promptly greeted. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the self-serve kiosk. The lobby was cute, quiet, and quaint, with a nice touch of complimentary coffee. Unfortunately, my room left much to be desired. While the bedding appeared clean, the floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed—there were crumbs, plastic from clothing tags, and rubber bands scattered around. The shower was also in need of a deep clean. To my surprise, a used bar of soap with hair was left behind. Saturday morning, while getting ready, I was shocked to see a maintenance worker spraying a solution directly outside my window(12th floor)—while I was undressed, and the blinds were open. I brought all of this to the front desk’s attention. Their response was to “there's a button that you can close the blinds,” and while they assured me my room would receive a full cleaning, that never happened. The front desk staff remained polite throughout, and the location is definitely a highlight. With more attention to cleanliness, this stay could’ve been much better.
DO NOT STAY HERE - This hotel needs to be inspected by the health department. The room we stayed in was disgusting, and after speaking with other guests, it was clear they were having similar experiences. To start, the room did not match the photos on the website. To make matters worse, there were stains everywhere, coffee spills on the wall, and perhaps the worst part was finding a sock left behind by a previous guest. Additionally, their website advertises parking for $28 with a discounted rate, but the hotel sign states $39. Ultimately, we were charged $42 for less than 24 hours. In my honest opinion, I would recommend avoiding this hotel. Any other place would likely be a better choice.
